Educational tours for every kind of learning trip
Industries are chosen to match your field of study. Every itinerary mixes site visits with a little of the place you are travelling to.
See how things are made, on working factory floors
Students walk real production lines, meet the engineers who run them and ask questions on the spot. We pick plants that match your branch and syllabus, then add local sightseeing so the trip stays memorable.

Explore the heritage behind the textbooks
Temples, crafts villages, coastlines and the customs passed down through generations. Guided by people who know the place, with time built in to observe and ask.

Make your next corporate tour unforgettable
Team outings in India and abroad with premium stays, team-building games, creative challenges, good food and time to explore. We handle the travel so your team can switch off.

Real-world learning for younger students
Supervised, well-paced trips for school groups, with teachers kept in the loop at every stage. Students see the world their lessons describe.

Our directors come from engineering and management. Research visits were part of their own curriculum, and too often they ended up as sightseeing with little learning.
A trip with a factory stop
- Tourism first, industry visit squeezed in
- Faculty chase plant permissions themselves
- No plan B when a plant cancels
- Unverified buses and budget hotels
- Nothing to show for it afterwards

Study tour and industrial visit FAQs
Still unsure? Email services@studytoursindia.com and a coordinator will reply within 24 hours.
What is a study tour?
A study tour is an organised educational trip where students learn on location, through industrial visits, heritage sites, museums or field work. Study Tours India plans study tours for colleges, schools and companies across India, with travel, stay, permissions and insurance handled.
What is an industrial visit?
An industrial visit is a supervised trip where students see a working plant or company, watch real processes and talk to the engineers who run them. It connects classroom theory with how industry works.
What is experiential learning?
Experiential learning is how students build knowledge, skills and values from first-hand experience outside the classroom. Our programmes turn curriculum topics into supervised, well-planned industry visits.
How safe are the programmes?
Every programme is planned with ground surveys and has a plan B. Each student is insured, and one operations team member is present for every 25 students throughout the trip.
Is there a concession for faculty?
One faculty ticket is free for every 25 paying students. If the 25:1 ratio isn't met, accompanying faculty get a discounted rate.
Do students get a certificate?
Yes. Each student receives a certificate of attendance for the branch visited, handed over after the tour.
What are the hotels and buses like?
Hotels are 3-star or above, chosen with student privacy and safety in mind. Bus companies are locally validated, and our compliance team pre-checks documents and registrations.
How do we book a programme?
Email your department's requirements to services@studytoursindia.com. A coordinator will call within 24 hours, then share a detailed plan by email. Once you confirm, we need an institute approval letter showing the date and purpose of the visit, and an industry visit MOU signed with Study Tours India.
